Info Lowongan Kerja Bank Amar Indonesia : Call Center - Customer Service November 2021

Penempatan : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

•Answering and handling incoming calls and respond to incoming chat (email, live chat, WhatsApp, Google Play Store)
•Provide customer with product and service information
•Identify and escalate priority issues
•Documenting all call information according to SOP
•Complete all incoming call and incoming chat logs
•Complete ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

•Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major (fresh graduate are welcome)
•Customer and Service oriented
•Experience a  minimum 1 year in a call center banking, prefer having an experience handling digital banking customers.
•Ready to handle Ad Hoc tasks (not only call center)
•Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekends and public holidays
•Have good communication skills
•Good interpersonal and able to communicate in Bahasa and English
•Fast learner and able to work under pressure
•Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced environment
•Able to bring a positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
