1. Credit Risk Policy, Governance & CCRS Head

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish, review and update Core/General Credit Policies periodically and always keep it relevance within bank risk appetite and market condition
2. Review relevant procedure and product document proposed by Business Unit and other relevant functions.
3. Managing the operationalization and secretarial services & follow up of Credit Policy Committee (CPC), Credit Management Working Group (CMWG).
4. Review and update Credit Discretionary Limit (CDL)
5. Managing the implementation of Counterparty Credit Risk System (CCRS) and ensure alignment with the approved Credit policies.
6. Monitor and report on selected policy compliances measures e.g. ESG, RAS, credit risk management implementation for quarterly risk profile and other related policy/governance reporting related.
7. Support Business, Credit and other stakeholders by in providing timely feedback/clarification related to the Bank Credit Policy.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree preferably in Math, Science or Engineering or economic.  
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking with at least 3 years handling Credit Risk Policy or credit portfolio Management.
- Having experience in running a governance committee or a project.
- Deep understanding on general Credit policy, process and OJK regulation related to credit activities, including credit exposure on Global Market products

2. Tech Policy, Risk Gov & Assurance Head

Job Responsibilities

- Manage Information Security Policy, and other Information Security and Technology governance such as standard, manual, guidelines that are keep updated to accommodate current condition while still aligning with regulation
- Manage policy, procedure, standard and manual flow process for all functions in ISTOA to align with regulation and condition, and to make sure that implemented controls are adequate and consistent with related policy
- Review policy, procedure and standard for Technology to align with regulation and condition, to make sure that implemented controls are adequate and consistent with related policy
- Taking role as audit liaison officer for IT audit (Internal, external and regulatory), including but not limited to manage all requested document, follow up on the response from auditee.
- Track and follow up audit findings to make sure that all issues have been followed up according to policy and standard.
- Monitor the development of regular Technology related reports to management, such as monthly Tech Risk, KORI / KRCSA, IRF, GCG, TECAS, MRA and Audit.
- Plan and manage technology assurance review
- Coordinate and review Key Risk Control Self-Assessment (KRCSA) activity in ISTOA, and coordinate KRCSA in other Tech division
- He/she will manage 4 people of Technology Risk Governance and Assurance team.

Job Requirements

- This role required at level FVP
- Knowledge in the area of the area of technology risk, control, governance and assurance 
- Experience in doing IT risk assessment and IT auditing at least for 7 years
- Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders including but not limited to Internal Audit, Technology Risk and Group Technology Risk Governance Assurance.
- Holding Certified Information System Audit (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

3. Digital Data Analytics Leads

Job Responsibilities

-Drive continuous progression, performance and ingenuity in providing insights for data driven decisions
-Responsible for developing a variety of robust statistical techniques used for the analysis of a diverse range of data.
Develop and provide a set of regular MIS, KPIs, Key Drivers & portfolio data across all product and segment areas and data for operationalization.
-Setup the analytical capability in providing value-added analysis and MIS review for the product.
-Monitor product performance and competitive environment; highlight important trends, gaps & opportunities for the business.

Job Requirements

-Good understanding of the data analytical techniques. Big picture view of analytics driving business impact.
-Experienced in Data Analytics more than 5 years.
Hands on experience in managing customer related campaigns.
-Ability to bridge the business understanding and analytical delivery with excellent presentation and communication skill.
-Good understanding of technology especially related to data storing, clean up, analytical/campaign tools.
-Experience in model development & maintenance for acquisition and portfolio.
-Experience of working with various of data sources for prospecting e.g., lead generation using predictive modelling based on demographics
-Experience of producing and leveraging MIS reports to set up triggers to inform business units
-Ability to collaborate with various of Data stakeholder.
-Fluent in SQL programming, knowledge of SAS, decision tree (CHAID, CART), Python.
-Knowledge in Power BI is prefferable.

2. This role is very critical with the spread of responsibility and demanded the person to have great technology knowledge/experience combined with strong business acumen.
3. This role has to deal and coordinate with many senior business T&O stakeholders in regional covering wide-spread portfolio, such as Cash & Payment, Channel & Service, and Trade & Lending.
4. This role has to manage the complexity of planning and prioritization including Country IT Strategic Plan, Budgeting and Investment approval, which also requires strong coordination between group and local.
5. The IT projects under this role are multi-years and significant for the bank and this role has to oversee the progress of the programme and address if there is any adjustment or alignment based on the latest business landscape and other IT projects.
6. This role is critical to develop a robust IT Payment roadmap based on Indonesia Payment Landscape plan from 2020-2025 and business plan/priority.
