Kanmo Retail Group (KRG) merupakan bagian dari K.Aloomall Group yang didirikan di Indonesia pada tahun 1940an. Group ini memiliki kepentingan di Asia dalam bidan industri, perdagangan, pemukiman, dan pasar keuangan.

KRG dibentuk pada tahun 2005 sebagai anak perusahaan yang berfokus pada distribusi retail di Indonesia dan sub-benua India. Selama 10 tahun beroperasi, KRG sudah mengoperasikan lebih dari 100 toko di Indonesia dan memimpin di pangsa pasar anak-anak dan bayi, dan telah melayani beribu-ribu pelanggan bulanan. Pada tahun 2011, Group ini mengembangkan bisnisnya meliputi kategori fashion dan aksesoris wanita, dan tahun 2012 untuk kategori fashion pria. Kemudian pada tahun 2013, Group ini kembali mengembangkan bisnis dalam bidang F&B, dan terus mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Brand-brand dalam group meliputi Mothercare, Early Learning Centre (ELC), Gingersnaps, Justice, dan Pumpkin Patch untuk kategori Ibu & anak, Karen Millen, Coast , Coach, dan Woman Secret untuk kategori fashion dan aksesoris wanita, TM Lewin untuk kategori pria, dan Yo’Panino untuk kategori F&B.

1. Sales Executive - Nespresso

Key Responsibilities:

- To identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role min. 3 years.
- Fluent both in English and Bahasa (spoken and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Creative and innovative thinking

2. Organization Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Support all HR activities related to organizational development, performance management and HR analytic functions in order to support organizational growth.
- Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and accuracy.
- Support performance management process and implementation.
- Prepare periodic HR analytic report.


- Bachelor’s degree with min GPA 3.50 (Having 1+ year of experience in HR/OD function is an advantage).
- Highly self-starter person with good logical thinking.
- Advance in MS Excel (familiar with MS Visio is an advantage)
- Fluent in Bahasa and English

3. Tax Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Input VAT into E-faktur.
- Creating VAT Out Preparing data for VAT reconciliation Preparing data for WHT art 22 reconciliation.
- Ensure all invoice related to VAT verified according tax regulation


- Bachelor degree, Accountancy 
- Having 1 year experience as a Tax or Accounting staff.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Project base 4-6 months

4. Merchandising Administrator - Nespresso


Support merchandising team including running reports, analysing sales and stock figures.
Work closely with the operation & warehouse team to allocate & maintain the flow of stock to stores.
Also collaborating with finance team to generate purchase order & invoice filling.


- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising or Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English

5. Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Setting up and optimizing brand page(s) within each social media platform
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Project Manage IG Live Sessions
- Help to build rapport with KOL
- Attend to comments and messages coming to social media platforms


- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations. 
- Fresh Graduate are welcome;
- Has a strong desire and ability to learn;
- Enthusiast with retail industry;
- Able to work in a team and deadlines;
- Good in Microsoft Office;
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking.
