Setelah melakukan perubahan manajemen serta berbagai upaya pemulihan dan penyehatan, bank ini resmi dijual oleh LPS kepada J Trust Co. Ltd. Jumlah Saham yang dialihkan adalah 99% sesuai surat dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tanggal 20 November 2014 dengan nilai Rp4,41 triliun) dengan PBV (Price to Book Value) sekitar 3,5 kali.Setelah menjadi pemilik saham utama, J Trust melaksanakan pembenahan internal dan konsolidasi dengan berbagai perusahaan dibawah naungan J Trust.

Pada RUPSLB tanggal 30 Maret 2015, rapat menyetujui perubahan nama menjadi PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk. untuk menyelaraskan identitas korporasi dengan kelompok usaha J Trust lainnya di Jepang, Korea Selatan, dan Singapura. Setelah mendapat persetujuan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia tanggal 7 April 2015, dan persetujuan OJK tanggal 21 Mei 2015, PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk. resmi diumumkan ke publik pada 29 Mei 2015.

1. IT Governance

Terbit 28-Sep-21

General Responsibilities:

1.    Prepare and collect information based on regulator (OJK) findings, Internal Control J Trust Corp (J-SOX), Internal and External Auditor.
2.    Monitor and renew SOP of IT Directorate align with J Trust Bank’s regulations.
3.    Prepare reports related with IT Directorate to be submitted to regulator (OJK/BI).
4.    Periodically identify IT regulations to ensure its relevancy with J Trust Bank’s regulations.

Requirements:

1.    Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT.
2.    Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience in Banking as IT Governance.
3.    Proficient in English both written and verbal.
4.    Preferably have Risk Management certification.
5.    Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
6.    Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person.
7.    Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline(s)

2. IT Auditor

Responsibilities:

•Carry out audit work program in line with Internal Audit work plan
•Execute audit and evaluation in IT section independently in accordance with work program which has been approved by department head and division head
•Carry out desk audit and report to IT Audit Department Head
•Finalize and provide the final audit report to the auditee
•Ensure the audit findings has been followed up and realized by the auditee

Requirements:

•Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT
•Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience as IT Auditor in Banking industry
•Possess risk management certification at minimum level 1
•Proficient in English both written and verbal
•Good understanding in COBIT, MRTI, SDLC, IT Security and Operation of the Bank
•Proficient in Ms. Office (especially PowerPoint)
•Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
•Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline(s)

3. IT Security & Governance Department Head

General Responsibilities:

1.      Monitor design and implementing safeguard to protect the system, whether it is in the form of software, hardware or new operating procedures.
2.      Monitor Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
3.      Monitor of maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
4.      Monitor networks to detect any suspicious or hostile activities, and take measures, such as installing firewalls to defend against malicious attacks on the systems.
5.      Identify, assess, manage, and track remediation of risks related to IT infrastructure, applications, platforms and suppliers and drive explicit requirements and timelines in all environments
6.      Manage an information security risk management program including development, evaluation, and adherence to multiple areas of practice
7.      Establish and oversee formal vulnerability management and penetration testing
8.      Responsible for policies, procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and audit requirements as well as good business practice
9.      Monitor findings and requests from the regulator related to IT
10.   Prepare & collect information related to external and internal auditor
11.   Supervise & Review IT SOP (Standard Operational Procedure)
12.   Supervise for OJK reporting related to IT Policy.
13.   Controlling, monitor and user management.
14.   Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

 Requirements:

1.    Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT.
2.    Minimum 5 (three) years of working experience in Banking as IT Security, with experience to lead subordinates.
3.    Experienced in developing and implementing new security systems, security programs, protocols and maintenance of existing systems
4.    Deep knowledge of data communications and network experience of operating systems and tools.
5.    Have knowledge of information security solutions, including data loss prevention, intrusion detection and prevention, network security monitoring and vulnerability management.
6.    Strong leadership skill
7.    Proficient in English both written and verbal.
8.    Preferably have Risk Management certification.
9.    Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
10.  Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person.
11.  Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline(s)

4. Funding Marketing Officer - Pekanbaru

•Monitor work activities and reports from Sales Person under supervision, and carry out coaching activities related with their performances and achievements

•Work together with Branch Offices, Divisions, and other Work Units in order to achieve business growth target that have been set
