1. Relationship Manager Wealth Management - Samarinda (Maksimal 22 Oktober 2020)
  • Ensure for achieving business target has been allocated accordance the proper risk managements
  • Maintain and deepen customer relationship with the bank
  • Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship
  • Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship
  • Explore the bank’s products and the benefits to customers
  • Ensure to excel customer service standard level
  • Ensure the accuracy, prudential control in processing customer’s instruction with time efficiency
  • Ensure to excel customer service standard level to customer accordance with service quality standard has been set by Bank
  • Strictly adhere to all the bank policies/ compliance/ procedures and other regulatory requirement to protect both bank’s and customer’s assets
  • Ensure all operational risks are highlighted, collated and resolution sought in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Relationship Manager Funding Perbankan)
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.

2. Video Call Quality Assurance Analyst (Maksimal 22 Oktober 2020)
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of video call on boarding.
  • Conduct monitoring of the video recording between customer on boarding data quality and creating assessment report.
  • Establish QA performance report
  • Able to conduct knowledge and service standard calibration with Agents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from any field
  • 1 year experience as a QA
  • 3 years’ experience in Contact Centre field
  • Smart
  • Familiar with excel & reporting
  • Good communication

3. Video Call Unit Head (Maksimal 22 Oktober 2020)
  • Responsible for a day to day operational video call
  • Ensure policy and procedure are still applicable and obeyed (adjusted as per required of maturity date of the policy & procure to be updated)
  • Allocate resource and conduct a regular training/refreshment
  • Establish performance target and evaluation in regular basis
  • Coaching for higher performance

5. Legal Asset Product (Maksimal 28 Oktober 2020)
  • Memberikan pendapat hukum, dan memberikan mitigasi terhadap risiko hukum yang mungkin timbul dikemudian hari berkaitan dengan pemberian kredit pada semua segmen yang ada di Bank, yaitu Digital Banking, Consumer, SME, dan Staff Loan.
  • Memberikan pendapat hukum sehubungan dengan aspek hukum kerjasama antara Bank dengan pihak ketiga dalam ruang lingkup Property Facility Management (“PFM”), multifinance, dan developer sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku dan memberikan mitigasi terhadap risiko hukum yang mungkin timbul dikemudian hari.
  • Melakukan review terhadap perjanjian-perjanjian/surat-surat yang dibuat oleh Bank dengan pihak ketiga dalam ruang lingkup PFM termasuk dokumen-dokumen legalitas yang berkaitan dengan fasilitas/property dan aset yang dimiliki dan/atau digunakan Bank untuk kegiatan operasional, dan review terhadap produk Bank.
  • Membuat draft perjanjian-perjanjian baku dan surat-surat yang berkaitan dengan perkreditan untuk semua segmentasi pemberian kredit sesuai dengan Risk Appetite Bank dan ketentuan perbankan serta Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan peraturan-peraturan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.
  • Membuat draft perjanjian-perjanjian dan surat-surat antara pihak ketiga dan Bank terkait dengan fasilitas/property dan aset yang dimiliki dan/atau digunakan Bank untuk kegiatan operasional.
  • Membuat perjanjian kerjasama dan melakukan review dokumen perusahaan multifinance.
  • Membuat perjanjian kerjasama dan melakukan review dokumen perusahaan pengembang/developer.
  • Membuat perjanjian kerjasama dan melakukan review dokumen notaris rekanan.
  • Membuat perjanjian kerjasama terkait PFM.
  • Melakukan review dokumen untuk permohonan penggunaan notaris non rekanan.
  • Melakukan review terhadap aspek hukum suatu kebijakan dan prosedur yang dibuat oleh Bank terkait pemberian kredit, kerjasama pembiayaan multifinance, kerjasama dengan developer dan property & PFM.
  • Menyiapkan perjanjian restrukturisasi, memeriksa dan meneruskan instruksi kepada loan operation terkait setup limit restrukturisasi, pelunasan, recovery, write off dan pelepasan jaminan untuk nasabah Wholesale Banking.
  • Menyiapkan dokumen pelunasan dan penarikan jaminan, termasuk surat roya, pembatalan banker’s clause untuk nasabah ex wholesale banking.
  • Terlibat dan mendukung project-project untuk produk/aktivitas pemberian kredit baru yang akan diluncurkan oleh Bank, termasuk pertemuan dengan pihak eksternal.
  • Mendukung transkasi jual beli asset Bank.
  • Membuat perjanjian jual beli dan pengalihan portofolio kredit Bank.
  • Mengirimkannya asli dokumen perjanjian ke bagian Credit Documentation Unit (CDU).
