Lowongan Kerja Update Agustus 2020

1. Customer Service ( Jakarta )

Job Description :
  • Assist walk in costumer to fill in form, request and other information.
  • Account opening and closing.
  • Time deposit: receive, delivery and roll over.
  • Delivery of account, customer statement, giro/ cheque books, return checks.
  • Hold and release fund.
  • Answer walk in customers inquiry for balance checking, FX, and other routine account mutation.
  • Debit process for dormant and inactive account monthly if min balance insufficient balance.
  • To debite costumer account manually if customer balance insufficient for the dormant charges.
  • Receive and checking e-BCI, IB, ATM and other service channel.
  • Receive and checking application form of fax banking service.
  • Handle walk in customer complaint.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 1-2 years of working experiences as Customer Service in banking industry
  • Pleasant appearance, friendly and willing to help
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently is an additional advantage

2. Teller

Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Can speak English Fluently
  • Mandarin speaking would be an advantaged
  • Having working experience as teller in Banking industry minimum 2 years
  • High accuracy, honest, efficient, willing to work under pressure and independently
Job Description:
  • Receive bank notes from branch head service every morning
  • Receive all cash deposit for deposit transfer, international transfer, saving, current, time deposit and other transaction into the system
  • Verified signature with specimen card/specimen system
  • Cash payment for customers' withdrawal
  • Balancing end-of-day cash transaction between system record and cash on hand
  • Receive giro/cheque for clearing transaction, collection and pass to back office to process
  • Receive & check post-dated cheque transaction and pass to back office for process
  • Input transaction to core banking system
  • etc.

3. MIS Staff
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good computer literate such as algorithm, SQL, Server, SAS Programing, Windows and Ms. Office
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
Job Description:
  • Ensure the deliverables periodic reports (BAU), ad hoc reporr or any requested data, information to support management decision related with Retail Credit Portfolio
  • Conduct the data maintenance related with Retail Credit Portfolio
  • Ensure the data and information accuracy to be well-analysed to discuss with Retail Credit Planning Department Head or Retail Credit Policy and Portfolio Unit Head regarding the supportive data and information align with strategic retail credit decision proposed to management
  • Ensure that the required database & reporting activities are aligned with prevailing regulation / policy / procedure / manual
  • Participate in end to end UAT Testing

4. IT Governance Staff
  • Develop and maintain Governance aspect related to IT Project Managament
  • Develop , implement and execute Compliance aspect in IT Project Manangement
  • Developing and updating IT Policy Procedure according to regulation regional policy
  • Conducting evaluation of IT policy and procedure implementation
  • Implement and ensure best practice risk mitigation to comply with the Regulation
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Banking and  related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

5.Export Import Staff

Job Summary:
  • To process the transaction and reports by executing the task responsibilities by ensuring good quality of work and accuracy.
  • To comply with related to the jobs/tasks of the staff (comply with the BI regulations such as AML/CFT Regulation, Purchase Forex/IDR regulation, BCI P&P, International Rules? UCP and other Government regulations)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Register all incoming document, application.
  • Process import transaction (Arrival of Documents, Acceptance, Incoming Collection (D/A and D/P), SWIFT, Shipping guarantee, trust receipt, payment, prepaid import bills, L/C inssuance, L/C amendment, L/C write off, L/C margin, Tax Import (PIB).
  • Executing of process export transactions (Checking document, Negotiation of documents, Outgoing Collecting (D/A & D/P), Export Discounted, Acceptance, Payment, Pre Export Loan, Letter of Credit Advising, Letter of Transfer, Tracer to Issuing Bank, Key in interest rate and/or change interest rate.
  • Key interest rate and/or change interest rate into the system.
  • Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report (internal, external including Daily Cash Flow, monthly report, SIULN, LKPBU, etc).
  • Checking transaction against transaction journal.
  • Balancing outstanding.
  • Follow up inquiry of the incoming SWIFT/ telex.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Economic or relevant discipline.
  • 2 years experience in L/C or documentary bills and clerical functions related to export import.
  • Have basic knowledge of procedures and for handling documentary bills and L/C related export import.
  • Familiar with Commercial Law, UCP, and Government Regulations related to import.
  • Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • High accuracy.
  • Honest, efficient, willing to work under pressure and independently.
